How do I get to this page?
- Log in to Renaissance.
- On the Home page:
- Renaissance Next: Select Star in the left-hand sidebar, then select SAEBRS.
- Legacy Mode: Select the SAEBRS tile.
- In the SAEBRS Record Book, use the School, Class, and Student(s) drop-down lists to choose which students to view.
- Select View SAEBRS Reports above the table of assessment results; in the drop-down list, select Administrator Report.
Who can do this with default user permissions?
- District Level Administrators and District Staff
- School Level Administrators, School Staff, and Teachers: only if they have been given the "View District Reports and Dashboards" user permission
The Administrator Report gives you an overview of how many students have completed SAEBRS assessments (from teachers) and mySAEBRS assessments (from the students themselves).
- When you first arrive on this page, information for all schools you have access to is shown. The drop-down lists at the top of the page let you change the information shown:
- Use Assessment Type to change the types of assessments shown in the table: SAEBRS or mySAEBRS.
- Use Benchmark to filter the risk type benchmarks shown: Low Risk, Some Risk, or High Risk. You can use the Select All / Clear All link at the bottom to check or uncheck all the options at once.
- Use Screening Window to choose which district screening windows to include data for. Only current and prior windows can be selected. You can use the Select All / Clear All link at the bottom to check or uncheck all the options at once.
- The schools are listed in the table. Each school has a separate row for every benchmark you have selected. In each of these rows, the percent and number of students in that benchmark are shown (based on completed assessments of the chosen type within the selected screening windows).
- The default view shows data at the school level; select a school's name to limit the data to just that school, broken down by grade:
Note that the heading above the table has changed to the name of the selected school; the Schools link below it will take you back to the multi-school view. - To refine the data even further, select a number (non-zero and less than 1,000) in the Students column for a grade, benchmark, and screening window. This will change the table to a list of those students, showing their names and scores from the relevant assessment. (If a student had more than one assessment in the screening window, the results of the most recent one are shown.)
- The heading above the table has changed to the school and the grade; the Schools and Grades links below them will take you back to the multi-grade and multi-school views.
- On the prior pages you could use the drop-down lists at the top of the page to change the data shown; on this page, the information cannot be changed. Go back to a prior page if you want to change the assessment type, benchmark, and/or screening windows.
- Select a student's name to open the Individual Skills Report for that student.
- Above the table (in any view), you can select Print or Save to create a PDF of the page, or Download Data to download a CSV version of the report which you can open in a plain-text editor or spreadsheet program.
