Searching
If you want to find practice activities that relate to what you're teaching your students now, enter a key word or phrase in the search field at the top of the page.
The results will include related Nearpod lessons and Freckle skills. Select View Video, View Lesson, or Preview and Assign to find out more and assign them to your students.
Skills View
Use the drop-down lists to choose which subject (reading or math) and which of your classes you want to work with.
Below the drop-down lists, you'll see which students haven't worked on assignments in the past 14 days (Inactive) so that you can encourage them to keep working.
Then, you'll see each skill that your students are working on. You can use the Sort By drop-down list to choose how to sort the skills: you can focus on where the most students are stuck or are practicing, or you can just sort them by name.
For each skill, you'll see students in up to four categories:
- Just Starting: The student has completed fewer than 3 items on the skill.
- Stuck: At least 3 items completed with practice accuracy on a skill less than 50%.
- Practice Makes Perfect: At least 3 items completed with practice accuracy 50%-80% on a skill.
- Ready for a Challenge: At least 3 items completed with practice accuracy on a skill above 80%.
What should you do next? Select Take Action next to one of the categories to find Nearpod lessons that apply to this skill. Select a Nearpod link in the window to find lessons, preview them, and add them for your students. Select a Freckle link to assign practice on applicable skills.
