When is student capacity regained in Renaissance web-based products?
Resolution:
Capacity is regained under the following circumstances:
- At the beginning of a new school year the school year start date. Note that if you create the new school year on or after the first day of school, you must wait until the next day for capacity to be regained.
- At the beginning of a new subscription period - the subscription period start date.
- If a subscription model changes, for example, when upgrading from a Renaissance Star Reading trial subscription to Renaissance Star Reading Enterprise.
- When a student is merged with a different student and both students are using capacity, one of the seats will be regained overnight.
