Deleting Draft Assessments
You can only delete an assessment that you created yourself and that has not been published yet.
- Log in to Renaissance.
- On the Home page:
- Renaissance Next: Select Star under “My Apps” in the left-hand sidebar; then select Star Custom in the sidebar.
- Legacy Mode: Select Star Custom.
- In the header of the Assessment Progress page, select Create/Edit Assessment.
- On the Assessments page, use the Subject drop-down list to select what types of assessments to see: Reading or Math.
In order to see Science assessments, please select Reading as the subject.
- In the row for the assessment you want to delete, select Delete. (If you are not allowed to delete a draft assessment, you will not see the link).
- In the pop-up window, select Delete to confirm that you want to delete the assessment, or select Cancel if you don't want to delete it.
Deleting Plans
When you delete a plan, it no longer appears in your list of plans in Star Custom. Assessments and assignments from the plan will no longer be included in the Assignment list on your students' Home page, and any student work will be deleted.
You can only delete a plan that you created yourself.
- Log in to Renaissance.
- On the Home page, select Star Custom.
- In the header of the Assessment Progress page, select Plan Instruction.
- On the Plans page, you will see summaries of the assessment plans that you have created; select Delete under to a plan to delete it.
- Select Yes in the pop-up window to delete the plan, or No if you decide not to delete it.
